Inclement weather Policy PARTIES: We will make every attempt to keep the facility open. If we are unable to open the facility, we will contact the the party parent to postpone the event. If we are open and the party is unable to attend, please contact us by phone or email and we will be in touch with you to re-schedule your party.

A Party Contract must be signed and on file with Kidz Play 3 days prior to your party. Download and mail in, download and drop off, download and fax (667-7531), or when you come in and pick up the invitations you can fill one out.
We are SOCKS ONLY for children and adults.
Party Mom/Dad may bring in Cake and Ice cream products for their party.
If a party child has any special dietary requirements because of food allergies, please notify KIDZ PLAY prior to party.

1. BASIC PARTY (Non private party offered during OPEN PLAY hours)

All children participating in the play area must fill out a Signed Liability Waiver or have one on file with Kidz Play.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Parties cannot be reserved without a deposit. The balance is due upon completion of your party. Call early, as our parties book as early as 8 weeks in advance.
To ensure that every child has plenty of time to enjoy our indoor playground, gifts are not opened at Kidz Play.

FACILITY RENTAL (rent 2 or 3 hours of private use)

- Up to 50 children under the age of 11 (facility rules apply)
You can rent 1, 2, or 3 hours from each time slot.

Cost $ 175.00 plus tax per hour
There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
PARTY RULES:
After each party enters their party room, guest may not re-enter the play area. We appreciate your assistance in helping make your guests aware of our policy ahead of time to avoid confusion at the end of the party.
Sorry, NO outside food or drinks are permitted. We cannot make any exceptions to this rule. We will help facilitate your pizza delivery order and will schedule your order to be delivered when your party goes into your party room. If a child attending has special dietary requirements or food allergies, special food may be brought in for that child only.
Party guests DO NOT need to arrive early. Party Hosts/Parents should arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled party.
Parents may enter the inflatables to assist their children. All adults must wear socks when entering play area.
Children ages 3 and under must always have an adult available close by while using any of the play equipment. Active parental supervision and assistance is required.
Participants should not be wearing dangling earrings, hairclips/hairbows, sharp jewelry or belts or any other objects that can be potentially harmful while jumping and sliding on the inflatables.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your space. If 3 weeks written notice is given, parties may apply their deposit to another available date and time within 4 months. In cases of inclement weather when KidzPlay must be closed, parties may reschedule to any available future date within 6 months of their originally scheduled party.
